US Environmental Protection Agency Administrator, Lisa Jackson, signed the proposed revisions to the Federal UST Regulation on 10/25/2011. A copy of the proposed regulations are available on the EPA OUST Website: http://www.epa.gov/swerust1/

Please refer to the original version in a forthcoming FR publication, which will appear on the Government Printing Office's FDSys website (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/search/home.action). It will aslo appera on Regulations.gov (http://www.regulations.gov) in Docket No. EPA-HQ-UST-2011-0301. The proposed regulations are expected to be published in the Federal Register in the first week of November 2011.
